MS ENDURANCE Rear Hydraulic Brake Caliper
The complete MS KART ENDURANCE rear hydraulic brake caliper features a self-adjusting piston mechanism and is supplied ready for immediate installation.
This brake caliper has been specifically developed for Endurance racing, where not only outstanding braking performance and reliability are essential, but also the ability to perform extremely fast servicing during pit stops. It is primarily designed for the PROKART category but is also suitable for other racing applications requiring quick brake pad replacement.

Quick Brake Pad Replacement System
One of the key advantages of the MS ENDURANCE brake caliper is its specially designed quick brake pad replacement system, allowing brake pads to be changed in just a few moments during a race.
Both brake pads are connected into a single assembly by means of a link plate and retaining pin, allowing the complete pad assembly to be removed and installed as one unit. This eliminates the need to handle individual brake pads separately, significantly reducing pit stop service time.
The caliper also incorporates magnets inside the pistons. Their purpose is to replace conventional return springs by helping to pull the brake pads slightly away from the brake disc after the brake pedal is released. This minimizes unwanted brake drag and contributes to smooth and consistent brake operation.
Brake Pad Compounds
Three different brake pad compounds are available for the MS KART ENDURANCE brake caliper, allowing the braking characteristics to be tailored to track conditions, race duration and driver preference.
- 523Ga – S-205 – Super Hard compound
- 523Gb – S-220 (S-214) – Hard compound
- 523Gd – S-230 Elite – High-performance racing compound
All brake pad compounds utilize the same quick-change system and can be replaced as a complete assembly within seconds.
